Toni’s Pizza Sauce Seasoning

For over 60 years, Toni has been making pizzas and hand-making her zesty pizza sauce seasoning recipe. Over the years, the recipe has evolved into an absolutely delicious blend of herbs & spices. In recent years, Toni put her sauce seasoning into small packets which were given to neighbors and family members as a gift at Christmas time. This is what inspired Toni to have her sauce seasoning packaged so she could share it with everyone to enjoy.

Toni now has her Pizza Sauce Seasoning available in 3 ounce bottles. Her recipe is for two 12 inch pizzas. The bottle has enough Sauce Seasoning for a total of ten 12 inch pizzas all painted with heavy sauce.

  • 2) Apply a generous portion of Pizza Sauce evenly over both halves of the roll.

  • 3) Apply Mozzarella, then a sprinkling of Sharp Cheddar to both halves of the roll.
